Light base or not?

Great tasting water from the Berkey Light, but I wonder if the light base is worth the extra $70. Maybe if you had a remote cabin or some place without electricity. This was the only place I could find this water filter in stock. Good customer service from the folks at berkey water filters.

I heard about the Berkey Light on the Alex Jones Show and I just had to have one! I am not sorry, finally a water filter that does it all. Very customer friendly staff.
